Hello, my name is Aspen. My husband of 22 years, Jeff, and I are the proud owners and operators of the newest and hottest photo booth trend in the Wyoming and western South Dakota region. Along for this crazy ride are my wonderful sister-in-law, Rebecca, and my adult son, Brayden. My husband and I were raised in Wyoming and have raised our family in Gillette. Jeff is a graduate of Casper Community College and I am a graduate of the University of Wyoming. So it is easy to say that Wyoming is in our blood and we love this state. My husband and I spent 20 wonderful and fulfilling years working in public service, as law enforcement officers in Gillette, Wyoming. After retiring from the long hours and shift work, we realized we still had a deep connection to our community and passion to be involved publicly. Our son is in the military and our daughter is soon to graduate high school. With their energy and encouragement, we knew we wanted to be courageous and bold in whatever new path we took. Then one day we saw a TikTok about a photo booth business and the seed of interest, purpose, and excitement was planted. After lots of research, market analysis, and discussion as a family, Wild Times 360 Photo Booth was born. It's simple and fun! You step onto the 360 platform, our attendant will start the photo session, and while you show off your best poses the 360 captures your moment on an 8-10 second video for you to download and share! A monitor is provided allowing you to watch the video in action. When your 360 session is finished, the attendant will instruct you on how/where to exit the platform. You can then proceed to the Sharing Station where your video will be uploaded. You can then download it in seconds and share it immediately
Share Point or Sharing Station is a separate computer station that will be near the photo booth, making it easy for guests to view and send their movies/clips via text, email, airdrop, or other social media.
Wild Times 360 Photo Booth provides a photo booth experience at all types of events. We work weddings, holiday parties, birthdays, corporate gatherings, launches, sweet sixteens, quinceañeras, experiential activations, and more.
Wild Times 360 Photo Booth services Gillette, WY, and surrounding areas. We travel at no cost up to a 50-mile radius from Gillette City Hall, anything past that point is subject to a travel fee.
It takes approximately 1 hour to set up and 1 hour for the breakdown of the equipment and 360 experience area. This is not part of the contracted rental time, access to the venue both before and after will be required for set up and breakdown.
We will need a power source to plug in our photo booth and other equipment. WiFi access at the venue, if none is available please let us know in advance so we can make additional arrangements and invoice accordingly. A minimum operating space of 10’ x 10’ is needed for safety and enjoyment while the machine is in use.
Contact us by email to inquire about available dates and for a quote. We will respond within 48 hours to discuss details and answer questions. When an event date is agreed upon a $200 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your rental date/time. When deposit is received we will begin creating your personalized 360 photo booth experience.
Yes. We will send at least one of our friendly, fun, professional attendants to facilitate the event. For larger events, additional attendants will be present to assist with the operation of the photo booth.

The photo booth requires a minimum of 10’x10’ for operation. This is for the safety of your guests, and the photo booth equipment, and to ensure the maximum enjoyment of the experience.
No. We can guarantee the photo booth will be operating for 80% of the rental period. This allows for any technical problems, external interference, or equipment adjustments. We can also customize your rental experience with built-in idle hours for a reasonable additional cost. This feature is perfect for dinner services, keynote speakers, toast, etc. Please let us know if this is something you are interested in and we can discuss how this can fit into your reservation.
Yes. Our Club Package comes with basic backdrop options for your event style/theme. Our Ultimate Package comes with premium backdrops customized to your event. Branded backdrops are available for an additional cost.
Yes, absolutely! We offer a variety of great props according to each rental package. Please check out our package details for props options.
Yes! Basic overlays are available with Club Package rental and with our Ultimate Package rental a customized overlay for you.
Videos will be uploaded to the Sharing station for viewing moments after you finish and can be downloaded via Airdrop, Text, Email, or QR codes directly to your phone or other electronic device.
Yes! We offer immediate access to your content so that guests can instantly upload their videos onto Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or by email.
Yes! Kindly let us know ahead of time so that we can make the proper arrangements for wifi, electrical supplies, and weather accommodations. Please be advised that inclement weather may create delays or interference with the photo booth operation and experience.

Yes, cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the reservation date. A partial or full refund, excluding the deposit amount, may be granted based on when cancellation is received. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling your event is available for no additional cost for the same contract agreement terms and the deposit will be honored for the new date.
Services must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event. Failure to provide full payment will result in breach of contract and the service agreement will be nullified. If cancellation is required or rescheduling, contact must be made to Wild Times 360 directly (see FAQ re: cancellation).
Yes, reservations can be made up to 3 days or 72 hours before the date of the event. Reservations made less than 7 days from the date of the event must be paid in full at the time of the reservation to secure the date. Some customizations may be limited due to the short notice.
Adding al-a-cart items can be accommodated up to 7 days before your event. Some items may be restricted due to short notice.
Taking items off the original terms of the contract will be accommodated 30 days or more before your event. Event-specific customizations will not be available for contract changes.
